Born in Palma de Mallorca (1977), M.S. in Industrial Engineering and PhD in Business Administration and Management. I am an Assistant Professor in Department of Management at Universitat Politècnica de Catalunya (BarcelonaTech), INTEXTER, GIOPACT and GRO. Co-founder of scientific journals: Intangible Capital, Journal of Industrial Engineering and Management and Journal of Airline and Airport Management. Member of the Academy of Management (AOM), Asociación para el Desarrollo de la Ingeniería de Organización (ADINGOR), Associació Catalana de Comptabilitat i Direcció (ACCID), Open Access Scholarly Publishers Association (OASPA) and Red Iberoamericana de Investigación en Transporte Aéreo (RIDITA). My main areas of research are Organizational Behavior, Computers & Education, Management, Gender, Marketing, Air Transport and Sport & Society.
